Stage Management Workshop

Theatre III is pleased to repeat the previously-sold-out Stage Management Workshop with EMACT-recognized stage manager Alison Walters-Short. This workshop will include hands-on activities, interactive discussions, and a solid overview of the fundamentals of community theatre stage management.

Where & when:

• Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 10am-5pm with a break for lunch. (Ending time is lastest possible end; aiming to end earlier.)

• Theatre III, 250 Central Street, Acton, MA

Prerequisites

• At least a passing familiarity with a theater rehearsal process (could be your own, or your kid's or spouse's, etc.)

• An interest in Stage Management

Whether you are an experienced theater person looking to branch into a new area, or someone who wants to transfer skills gained elsewhere (project manager? household manager?), this will give you the foundations to explore community theatre stage management!
