Theatre III is pleased to offer sound workshops with EMACT DASH-winning sound designer Todd Short.
These 3-hour workshops (each session is the same) will focus on using the Behringer X32 (which is basically the same thing as a Midas M32) soundboard, QLab, Show Cue System, and TheatreMix software. After a 30 minute introduction to the soundboard and software, the remainder of the session (2 hours, 30 minutes) will be hands-on with the soundboard and software.
Each table with two seats will have a soundboard and a computer. If you want to pair with someone, sign-up for the same table.
Table 1: X32 with QLab.
Table 2: X32C with QLab.
Table 3: X32 with QLab or SCS (your choice!).
Please note: Theatre III does not have air conditioning; we will have fans, but if you have your own battery-operated fan, you may want to bring it.
Session Dates: Thursday, July 23; Saturday, July 25; Sunday, July 26
Requirements: Bring your own headphones with either ¼in or ⅛in (3.5mm) connector; the soundboards will not be connected to speakers!
Cost: Pay-as-you-can

Duration: 3 hours; the first 30 minutes will be an introduction to the system.
